  • Patent number: 11433659
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for providing required construction material information in the context of producing at least one three-dimensional object using a generative layer construction device, having the following steps: accessing data of a layer to be applied in a first data set in which for each layer to be applied during the production process, it is indicated whether construction material is to be solidified selectively in the layer and if so, at which locations in said layer the construction material is to be solidified; dividing the area of the layer to be applied into sub-regions; assigning weighting factors to the sub-regions, and ascertaining a construction material quantity to be supplied to the coating device in order to apply the layer, wherein the construction material quantity is ascertained using the weighting factors assigned to individual sub-regions and is provided as required construction material information.

  • Publication number: 20190109365
Abstract: A UHF data carrier (60) has a cylindrical plastic housing (50) having an open end and a closed end. A UHF mass tag (10) is arranged in the plastic housing (50). A metal plate (30) is arranged on the side of the UHF mass tag (10) facing away from the closed end. A spacer (20) is arranged between the UHF mass tag (10) and the metal plate (30). The spacer (20) is adhered to the UHF mass tag (10) and the metal plate (30) to form a composite for producing the UHF data carrier (60). The composite is inserted into the plastic housing (50) such that the UHF mass tag (10) faces towards the closed end of the plastic housing (50).

  • Patent number: 5016433
Abstract: A method and apparatus for monitoring the proper grasping and release of yarn tubes by an automatic bobbin changer in removing fully-wound yarn tubes from, and placing empty replacement yarn tubes onto, the spindles of an associated ring spinning machine or ring twisting machine. After an operation of the bobbin changer for either grasping or releasing yarn tubes, a light beam is directed through an area previously occupied by the tubes, a determination is made whether the light beam is interrupted by any tube which the bobbin changer failed to grasp or release, and if so, a failure signal is generated to interrupt continued operation of the bobbin changer.
