  • Publication number: 20260039041
Abstract: A press-in contact element. The press-in contact element includes at least two press-in zones which are each formed at the end of an edge contour of the press-in contact element along respectively parallel extending and spaced apart press-in axes. The at least two press-in zones also have a galvanic coating and a spacing distance from one another in the direction of the press-in axes. In each case then, at least two press-in zones are formed on partial contact elements that are connected to one another in a connection interface to form the press-in contact element.

  • Patent number: 11343925
Abstract: A housing frame for a control unit for controlling an electrical machine is disclosed. The housing frame has at least one connection pin for electrically contacting a circuit carrier of the control unit. The connection pin has a connection base and is injected into the housing frame such that the connection pin can be electrically connected to the circuit carrier at the connection base by way of laser beam welding. Also disclosed is a control unit having a housing frame, an electrical machine having a control unit, and to a method for electrically connecting a connection pin of the housing frame to a circuit carrier of a control unit.

  • Publication number: 20180368271
Abstract: A device includes a housing, a printed circuit board, and a connection element. The housing includes a plug collar having an opening from an exterior of the housing to an interior of the housing. The printed circuit board is arranged in the housing. The connection element partly receives at least one plug pin and is fixed to the housing, such that the plug pin is arranged partly within the plug collar and partly on the interior of the housing. The connection element is arranged partly within the plug collar and partly on the interior of the housing, and the plug pin is electrically contacted directly to the printed circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20120205877
Abstract: Gasket, comprising at least one through-opening to be sealed, at least one elastomeric sealing element associated with the through-opening, and a carrier for the sealing element, wherein the sealing element comprises at least one flexible sealing lip enclosing the through-opening in the form of a projection protruding in the direction of the through-opening axis, and embedded in the sealing element is at least one stiff inlay, which projects in the direction of the through-opening axis beyond a carrier area adjacent to the inlay; in order that the sealing element, while in operation, will not be damaged due to high stresses or will not become detached in some areas from the carrier, the inlay surrounds the through-opening in the shape of a ring and without interruption and forms a supporting element which supports the sealing element radially around the through-opening.
