  • Publication number: 20240093255
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel biosynthetic production process which converts L-galactose into 2?-fucosyllactose via four enzymatically catalyzed reaction steps. The present process is designed such that co-factors required by the process are regenerated within the four reaction steps, hence making the process cost-effective and efficient. The process can be performed in vitro in a cell-free system. The present invention also provides mutant enzymes that can be used to increase production levels of 2?-fucosyllactose, whether using the novel pathway described herein or the mannose-dependent pathway known in the art.

  • Publication number: 20230013217
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for generally generating and transforming physical quantum representations of multi-dimensional tensor data objects. Specifically, various embodiments enable the rapid and efficient generation of a physical quantum representation representing the Fourier transform of a multi-dimensional tensor data object based at least in part on manipulating another physical quantum representation of the multi-dimensional tensor data object itself via quantum manipulation operations. Information may be extracted from the generated physical quantum representation to determine the Fourier transform of the multi-dimensional tensor data object. Accordingly, various embodiments may comprise quantum manipulation operations for a tensor-form quantum Fourier transform (TQFT) for a multi-dimensional tensor data object.

  • Patent number: 10868495
Abstract: Some aspects of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus, a PLL and an electronic device. The apparatus comprises a voltage-to-current (V2I) converter, a current controlled oscillator and a compensation current. The V2I converter is operable to receive a first voltage and generate a first current based on the first voltage. The current controlled oscillator is coupled to the V2I converter and operable to generate an oscillation signal based on a second current from or to the V2I converter. The compensation circuit is coupled to the V2I converter and operable to receive a third current from or to the V2I converter. The second and third currents vary in response to at least one of temperature variation and supply voltage variation of the apparatus. Variation direction of the third current is opposite to variation direction of the second current and different frequencies may be provided for a low supply voltage domain.

  • Publication number: 20200279180
Abstract: In one embodiment, a computing device includes processing circuitry to predict outcomes of unresolved customer support cases. For example, the processing circuitry: receives a request to predict an outcome of an unresolved customer support case; extracts a set of features from a case record for the unresolved case, including a set of categorical features and a set of textual features; encodes the set of categorical and textual features into numerical representations; predicts the outcome of the unresolved customer support case using a trained case prediction model, wherein the trained case prediction model generates a predicted outcome based on the encoded categorical and textual features; and performs a corresponding customer support action based on the predicted outcome of the unresolved customer support case.

  • Patent number: 10623082
Abstract: Network protocols and methods of transmitting data over wireless networks, including wireless mesh networks, are provided. A method of data transmission in wireless networks can include sending packets from one or more terminal nodes to one or more relay nodes, recoding the packets in the one or more relay nodes, and transmitting the recoded packets from the one or more relay nodes to the one or more terminal nodes. The relay nodes can linearly recombine the received packets before retransmission. The terminal nodes can utilize the linearly recombined terminal nodes to recover packets by solving a set of linear equations using their original packets.

  • Patent number: 10455604
Abstract: A wireless system can include a plurality of directional antennas and a scheduler scheduling multiple links between the plurality of directional antennas. The scheduler can schedule the multiple links concurrently in the same time slot based on Regret Benefit Ratio (RBR). The RBR is a single indicator combining contention for one of the directional antennas and Quality of Service (QoS). The scheduler can introduce a contention graph for the directional antennas that capture a global knowledge of interference.
