Abstract: In an embodiment, an image of a printed card is received at a client device. Printed card contains information related to a task along with a unique identifier to identify the task. The unique identifier is extracted from the received image of the printed card and the task corresponding to the unique identifier is identified. Based on the identified task, associated workflow is determined and a set of actions corresponding to the workflow is retrieved and displayed to the user. User selected action is received, along with other inputs, to update information associated with the selected action. The updated information is stored in a memory corresponding to the task.
