Abstract: A method for managing an incoming call in a communication terminal is described, the incoming call having an associated call identifier. The method can comprise checking the routing of an outgoing call to the call identifier associated with the incoming call, and classifying the incoming call on the basis of the result of the checking of the routing, the incoming call being classified as a malicious incoming call if the checking of the routing reveals that the outgoing call is not able to be routed. The method can be used, for example, to detect malicious calls or spam.

The method includes: the customer device inserts a list of services that it has the technical means to provide into a request for registration with the operator network; where appropriate, each intermediate network relating the customer device to the operator network transmits the request to the operator network after having deleted therefrom or marked, in the list of services, all services that the intermediate network does not have technical means to provide and/or for which the intermediate network does not have a use agreement with the operator of the upstream and/or downstream network to which it is connected; and the operator network obtains a definitive list by extracting services to which the user is entitled among the services that the operator network has the technical means to provide.

Abstract: A method of resolving by an original network/domain of a telephone number of a called party, belonging to a recipient network/domain. The method includes: a) a calling party, belonging to the original domain dispatches a message using the telephone number of the called party as routing identifier; b) a server of the original domain in charge of routing the message, or a DNS server, produces an interrogation key dependent on the telephone number and on a penultimate domain name; c) a DNS request is sent to a DNS server associated with the penultimate domain; d) the DNS server associated with the penultimate domain performs, by using the interrogation key, a search in a database ENUM associated therewith; e) the search provides at least one record containing a return network/domain including the recipient domain; and f) a DNS request is sent to the return domain.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for sending and processing session initiation protocol (SIP) responses are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method for sending an SIP response through a first telecommunications network node is described. The method includes receiving, by means of the first node, a SIP request sent by means of a second node of the network. The method includes detecting an event that interferes with processing of said request by means of the first node. The method further includes sending, to the second node, a SIP response notifying said interference. The method also includes, before the sending step, activating, within the SIP response, a parameter that allows the request to be rerouted, said parameter being configurable by means of the second node.
