  • Patent number: 11489159
Abstract: A method for producing a graphene oxide-based compound for an air electrode of a metal-air battery. A nitrogen and sulfur-based organic compound is added to an aqueous suspension of a graphene oxide. The water of the suspension is evaporated in order to obtain a powder. This powder is heated under an inert atmosphere in order to sublime the organic compound and stimulate the incorporation of nitrogen from the organic compound into the graphitic sites of the graphene oxide. The nitrogen and sulfur-doped graphene oxide is added to a second aqueous suspension comprising a cobalt nitrate-based compound. This second suspension is heated in order to form nanoparticles of cobalt oxide at the surface of at least one nitrogen and sulfur-doped graphene oxide sheet.

  • Publication number: 20120141795
Abstract: The subject of the invention is a method for obtaining particles of chemical formula BiVO4 wherein bismuth and vanadium precursors and at least one additive chosen from surfactants of the sulphate or phosphonate type comprising at least one hydrocarbon chain are made to react at a temperature below 50° C. The subject of the invention is also particles of chemical formula BiVO4 of which the surface has Brønsted sites.
