Abstract: A method for managing speaker notes in a slide presentation is disclosed. A method for creating a plurality of speaker notes files to be used in support of a slide presentation includes: creating a first speaker notes file including a first plurality of speaker notes instances to be used each respectfully in support of one slide among a plurality of slides of the slide presentation; creating a second speaker notes file including a second plurality of speaker notes instances to be used each respectfully in support of one slide among the plurality of slides of the slide presentation, wherein the first and second speaker notes files are grouped in a speaker notes component; and creating links between the slide presentation and the first or second speaker notes file to allow a respective first or second speaker notes instance to be used in support of the one slide.

Exemplary embodiments include a method for managing individual meetings for all attendees of a team, the method including storing individual times slots for each attendee, determining a maximum number of time slots, for each available attendee saving a time slot count, for each time slot saving an eligible attendee count, allocating slots in which one attendee has a free time, setting remaining time slots as busy, decrementing an eligible attendee count and determining if the maximum number of time slots has been reached.

Abstract: A system broadcast alarm messages from a server to a list of users among a plurality of multi-platform users sharing the server in a data transmission network which operates under Internet Protocol (IP) and uses the Java language. The system comprises a profile table containing the profiles of each user, a processing unit and a message sender enabling an administrator associated with the server to transmit alarm messages to the users of the list wherein the users have been selected by selecting profiles in the profile table. The alarm messages are displayed on the screen of the workstation associated with each selected user if this workstation is running.
