  • Patent number: 7632121
Abstract: A coaxial connector with a first connector element forming a socket, having a first body, a resilient return member, and a first central contact element having a first front end, the contact element being movable against the action of a resilient return member, at least in sliding relative to the first body; and a second connector element forming in particular a plug, arranged to be capable of being releasably connected to the first connector element, and the second connector element having a second body and a second central contact element with a second front end; the first and second central contact elements are arranged in such a manner that when the first and second connector elements are connected together, the contact elements bear one against the other via their front ends.

  • Patent number: 6488512
Abstract: A connection device for connecting a coaxial cable to a printed circuit card, the device comprising: a tubular socket suitable for fixing to the card; and a plug suitable for being mounted at the end of a coaxial cable, said plug comprising a tubular plug body and a central contact for connection to the central conductor of the cable, the socket and the plug being arranged so that the plug can be inserted into the socket in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the printed circuit card. The socket comprises a resilient portion suitable for urging the plug body towards the printed circuit card along said direction so as to hold the central contact of the plug pressed against a conductive track of the printed circuit card.

  • Patent number: 6257912
Abstract: A device for connecting a coaxial cable to a printed circuit card comprises: a socket suitable for being fixed to the card; and a plug suitable for being mounted on the end of the coaxial cable and having a bearing face whereby said plug can press against the printed circuit card. The socket and the plug are organized so that the plug can be inserted into the socket and can be retained by the socket with the plug's bearing face pressed against the printed circuit card. The central contact of the plug has a rigid portion which projects from the bearing face of said plug, and the device includes resilient means urging the plug towards the printed circuit card.
