  • Patent number: 11396029
Abstract: A valve including a body having an inner central orifice and a chamber, a piston formed by a rod and by a head mounted in the chamber, the rod extending outside the body and moving in a bore of an application system. The valve includes a first sealing device around the rod on one side of the valve where the rod extends outside the body, part of the chamber being filled with a pressurized control fluid to obtain movement of the piston against the force of a spring housed in the body. The valve includes a second sealing device around the rod, between the first sealing device and the chamber. The valve includes a vent duct in the rod that communicates with the inner central orifice between the first and second sealing devices and emerges in the open air or in part of the chamber communicating with the open air.

  • Patent number: 11383261
Abstract: Valve for a system for applying a covering product, including projecting or recessed shapes on a peripheral part, configured to cooperate with projecting or recessed shapes of a dedicated mounting and dismounting tool, these projecting or recessed shapes of the valve being configured to transmit a rotational movement to the valve, and to be secured to the tool. The projecting or hollow shapes of the valve include a first peripheral profile having at least one planar surface, and a second peripheral profile located behind the first profile relative to an outer end of the valve. The second profile has at least one first planar surface aligned with the planar surface of the first profile, and at least one second planar surface angularly offset relative to the planar surface of the first profile, such that the second planar surface of the second profile forms a shoulder relative to the first profile.

  • Publication number: 20210162434
Abstract: An electrostatic rotary sprayer for a coating product, including a spraying cup, a body, a drive turbine assembled in the body and configured to rotate the spraying cup about an axis of rotation defined by the body. The sprayer also includes electrodes for charging the coating product sprayed by the spraying cup, these electrodes being assembled on a ring attached on the body and each supplied with high voltage through a resistance. Each resistance extends axially outside the ring and is equipped, at its end opposite the electrode that it supplies, with a first electrical connection plug on a second plug of corresponding geometry provided on the body, with a movement parallel to the axis of rotation, and in that the ring is configured to be assembled and connected on the body, or disassembled and disconnected from the body while being equipped with electrodes and resistances.

  • Patent number: 10335809
Abstract: Rotating projector for a coating product including a spraying device having a circular spraying edge, driving means for driving the spraying device around a rotational axis, a body including primary openings arranged on a primary contour for ejecting primary air jets in a primary direction. The air jets having an axial component and an orthoradial component which are nonzero. The primary direction has a nonzero radial component, which is centrifugal relative to the rotation axis. Each primary jet extends along the rotational axis at a distance from the rotational axis than the radius of the spraying edge. The body includes secondary openings arranged on a secondary contour for ejecting the secondary air jets in a secondary direction having axial and centripetal radial components. The secondary jets hit an external surface of the spraying device. The contours coincide with a circle centered about the rotation axis.
