  • Publication number: 20230206722
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the management of the winnings of multiplayer digital lottery games of gambling and of chance. In a first phase, a player participates in one or more elementary digital games of chance, at least one of which is multiplayer, all the games having a return to player of one hundred percent (full payout). Next, in a second phase, the player participates in a single-player elementary game of chance, which has a return to player less than one hundred percent. This return to player less than one hundred percent represents the return to player of the games of the first phase that the gaming operator could have applied.

  • Patent number: 10867472
Abstract: A method for executing a game implemented by a computer server including performing a plurality of successive instant draws during a game session and calculating winnings at the end of the game session based on the results of the successive instant draws done during the game session is provided. The performance of the successive draws includes initiating a preceding instant draw, saving a result of the preceding instant draw, commanding a display of data based on the result of the preceding instant draw, detecting an action by a player in response to the display of the data, triggering a subsequent instant draw after detecting the action by the player and commanding the display of subsequent data. The subsequent instant draw depends on the preceding instant draw or the action by the player and the subsequent data depends on the subsequent instant draw or the action by the player. A computer program product and computer readable medium are also provided.

  • Patent number: 7697935
Abstract: The disclosure relates to transfer of a user equipment from a network to another network. In the method a user equipment communicating with a first network is transferred from the first network to a second network providing resources to a plurality of operators. After initiation of the transfer, an operator is selected for the user equipment amongst the plurality of operators. A controller of the second network is then provided with information regarding the identity of the selected operator, and the user equipment is transferred to the second network. Information regarding the identity of the selected operator is also sent to the user equipment.

  • Patent number: 7016693
Abstract: A method for use by a wireless communication network (18) in responding to a request (b) originating from a requester (19) for an estimate of the position of a mobile terminal (11)—the request provided via an LCS server (16a)—along with a requested accuracy, the method including a step in which a controller (12b) of the radio access network (12) by which the mobile terminal (11) is coupled to the cellular network (18) provides a response (h) to the request including not only the position/location estimate but also either the accuracy of the estimate in a form directly useable by the LCS server (e.g. in same form as the requested accuracy), or an accuracy fulfillment indicator, i.e. an indication of whether the accuracy of the estimate is at least as good as the requested accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20050075099
Abstract: The invention describes a method, system and network nodes for transferring already started process information to a target radio access network node during a relocation procedure. Currently ongoing RANAP processes (location reporting and trace) are currently lost in the UTRAN at a successful SRNS Relocation. If they shall continue also after the relocation has been performed, their initiating RANAP procedures shall thus be reinitiated from the core network towards the target RNC after the Relocation Resource Allocation procedure has been successfully executed. In the invention the context of the two ongoing RANAP processes is transferred to the target RNC during SRNS relocation via existing RNSAP and RANAP messages. This will allow relocating of the processes on the target side without the extra Iu signaling to reinitiate them.
