The shipping management system comprises a non-transitory computer readable medium comprising a set of computer executable instructions, the computer executable instructions executable by the processor to dynamically schedule, according to the scheduling rules, updates to update the shipping records; based on the dynamic scheduling, issue update application programming interface (API) calls according to APIs of carrier systems of respective carriers to request shipment data for the shipments; and update the shipping records based on the shipment data returned in response to the API calls.

The memory is configured to store a plurality of storage buffers corresponding to a current neural network layer, and implement a neural network that includes a plurality of neurons for the current neural network layer and a corresponding group among a plurality of groups of basis function values. The processor is configured to receive an input data sequence into the first plurality of storage buffers over a first time sequence and project the input data sequence on a corresponding basis function values by performing, for each connection of a corresponding neuron, a dot product of the first input data sequence within a corresponding storage buffer with the corresponding basis function values and thereby determine a corresponding potential value for the corresponding neurons. Thus, utilizing the corresponding potential values, the processor generates a plurality of encoded output responses.

The nozzle has an outer annular platform from which extends, radially outwards, a radial annular wall which carries an annular attachment tab extending longitudinally upstream from the radial annular wall. The assembly has a cooling circuit with an inner annular chamber delimited radially by the outer annular platform and the annular part and delimited downstream by the radial annular wall. An intermediate annular chamber is formed radially externally to the annular attachment tab and in fluid communication with the outer casing. Means of fluid communication between the inner annular chamber and the intermediate annular chamber is formed in the annular attachment tab of the nozzle.

A radially outer foot portion of at least one of the spokes is mechanically interlocked with the band portion and/or removably mounted to the band portion. In another aspect, an attachment surface of a spoke is at least partially formed by a material harder than a polymer composition of the spoke. Furthermore, a portion of the band portion and the hub portion, which is adjacent and in contact with the attachment surface, is at least partially formed by one or more of the material and another material harder than the polymer composition.

The method can also include determining a pet food recommendation from a pet product database based on the temperature classification, and providing a diet recommendation indicating the pet food recommendation the user via a communication network.

Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented methods and systems cause a second screen device to display custom-built layouts once the second screen device has been converted to a video game controller. For example, the disclosed methods and system convert the second screen device to a video game controller for a video game being supported by a digital content system and displayed on a separate first screen device. In response to detecting a trigger event, the disclosed methods and systems replace a standard layout on the second screen device with a custom-built layout. Where the standard layout is limited to standard video game controls at standard positions, the custom-built layout includes any type combination of customized video game controls, colors, graphics, animations, and so forth. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for using a neural network to generate a network output that characterizes an entity. In one aspect, a method includes: obtaining a representation of the entity as a set of data element embeddings, obtaining a set of latent embeddings, and processing: (i) the set of data element embeddings, and (ii) the set of latent embeddings, using the neural network to generate the network output. The neural network includes a sequence of neural network blocks including: (i) one or more local cross-attention blocks, and (ii) an output block. Each local cross-attention block partitions the set of latent embeddings and the set of data element embeddings into proper subsets, and updates each proper subset of the set of latent embeddings using attention over only the corresponding proper subset of the set of data element embeddings.

Abstract: If a secure element accesses a resource that is separate from the secure element, conducting a secure transaction can be inefficient in terms of power or time. Power usage is inefficient if the resource is never permitted to sleep, and transaction time is inefficient if the resource is permitted to sleep, and the user experiences a delay. To enable dual efficiency, a resource entity is permitted to be powered down. The resource entity is then powered up speculatively by an activation controller. The activation controller predicts an upcoming secure transaction based on sensor output, such as a position fix or a detected electromagnetic field. Based on monitored sensor output, the activation controller issues an activation signal to power up the secure element or the resource entity prior to initiation of the upcoming secure transaction. Thus, power can be conserved without introducing a transaction-processing latency.

Abstract: This document describes a secure element that leverages the resources of a computer system to perform specialized functions using sensitive information. The secure element securely stores sensitive information on flash memory of the computer system. In response to a request requiring use of sensitive information, the secure element loads a security application and sensitive information from the computer system. By leveraging external resources, the secure element may flexibly accommodate increasing resource requirements of the computer system and be used in a wide range of computer systems.

As part of the described techniques, the SoC IC device may include a first set of logic integrated circuitry that determines that a first combination of bit values fails to correspond to a known lifecycle state identifier. The first set of logic integrated circuitry may then provide, to a second set of logic integrated circuitry, a second combination of bit values that corresponds to the undefined lifecycle state identifier. The second set of logic integrated circuitry may then place the SoC IC device into an undefined lifecycle state.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses are described that implement the secure external data storage. A computing system may include a system-on-chip as a main processing complex and one or more secure elements that execute specialized functions related to sensitive information. While the secure element may use an external flash for storage for performance reasons, storing sensitive information on an external flash may expose the sensitive information if the external flash is ever compromised. The disclosed techniques and apparatuses provide an integrated secure element, of a system-on-chip, which leverages a secure channel with a secure flash to manage a cryptographic key for securing sensitive information stored on an unsecured external flash to prevent the exposure of sensitive information.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system that includes a processor configured to process data in a neural network and a memory associated with a primary flow path and at least one secondary flow path within the neural network. The primary flow path comprises one or more primary operators to process the data and the at least one secondary flow path is configured to pass the data to a combining operator by skipping the processing of the data over the primary flow path. The processor is configured to provide the primary flow path and the at least one secondary flow path with a primary sequence of data and a secondary sequence of data respectively such that the secondary sequence of data being time offset from the processed primary sequence of data.
