  • Patent number: 11293549
Abstract: A releasable seal assembly is provided that may include a first extension profile and a second extension profile extending from a core. The first extension profile may include a first exit panel side wing resiliently hinged to the core, and a first host panel side wing extending from the core. The first exit panel side wing and the first host panel side wing may define a first key cavity, and the first exit panel side wing has a first arcuate surface that may define a first retention tongue recess of the first key cavity. Additionally, the first host panel side wing has a second arcuate surface that defines a second retention tongue recess of the first key cavity. The first exit panel side wing may include a first exit panel side wing tongue configured to be received within the second retention tongue recess.

  • Patent number: 10814708
Abstract: A signaling assembly for a door leaf of an access door to a transport vehicle, including a seal that has an attaching region intended to be received at least partially in the housing of a profile of the door leaf, as well as a lighting region, and means of lighting, able to illuminate the lighting region of the seal, in such a way as to emit at least one visual signal, in particular representative of the opened and/or closed state of the door. The assembly includes a locking key received at least partially in an interior volume of the seal, with the key being able to prevent a pulling off of the seal outside the profile along a transversal direction, in reference to the main direction of the seal, the means of lighting being fixed on the locking key.

  • Publication number: 20200207196
Abstract: A removal seal for emergency access and egress for panels in transit vehicles has a pair of exit panel side wings separated by two key cavities. A locking strip is inserted within the two key cavities to urge the exit panel side wings against the exit panel to secure the exit panel. The locking strip may then be removed with relative ease such that the exit panel may be freed from the exit panel side wings and released. A method for achieving such a task is also disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 9849767
Abstract: The invention relates to a seal including a body having a built-in chamber in which a switching element is arranged, and a lever for actuating the switching element. The lever can tilt relative to the body in two different directions. The range of movement and shape of the lever and/or the arrangement thereof relative to a wall of the chamber are such that the tilting of the lever, in a first of the different directions, does not deform the chamber, or does not deform same enough for the switching element to switch, and such that the tilting of the lever in the second direction deforms the chamber so that the switching element switches.
