The device may include a processor to detect whether the device receives a call, determine whether the device is within a predetermined range of the media device based on communication between the device and the media device, and send a message to the media device via the network interface to request the media device to reduce an audio output of the media device when the device is within the predetermined range of the media device and when the device has received the call.
