  • Publication number: 20260002559
Abstract: There is disclosed herein a tensioner device for arranging radially around a composite rod between a first anchor point of the composite rod and a first pushing surface arranged between the first and second anchor point of the composite rod. The tensioner device is configured to tension the composite rod by applying pressure between the first anchor point and the first pushing surface, and comprises a first part for abutting the first anchor point, a second part for abutting the first pushing surface, and a third part arranged between the first and second parts, and engaging at least one thereof so as to translate a rotational motion of said third part into a linear motion of said at least one of the first and second parts away from the third part, to thereby apply the pressure between the first anchor point and the first pushing surface.

  • Patent number: 11664610
Abstract: A telescopic electric conductor includes an electrically conductive first tube having a longitudinal axis and an electrically conductive second tube movable relative to the first tube along the longitudinal axis while being at least partly received within the first tube. An electrically conductive flexible self-supporting element is arranged inside the first tube and is mechanically and electrically connected to the first tube and to the second tube. The flexible element is arranged to elastically deform along the longitudinal axis. The flexible element has a waveform shape with several cycles of the waveform includes a number of sections that are welded together, each section having a shape of a half cycle of the waveform.

  • Patent number: 11331727
Abstract: A method of additive manufacturing a structure on a pre-existing includes disposing the pre-existing component in a bed of powdery base material and levelling the component, such that a manufacturing plane of the component can be recoated with the base material and alternatingly recoating and irradiating the manufacturing plane with an energy beam in order to additively build up the structure, wherein the irradiation is carried out in that the manufacturing plane is scanned by the beam in a non-continuous way, wherein, for the irradiation according to a second vector for the structure, the beam is either only guided parallel with respect to a previous first vector, or the irradiation process is paused after the irradiation of the first vector for a time span between 1/10 second to 2 seconds until the irradiation is continued with the second vector.

  • Patent number: 9731351
Abstract: A part (P) includes a first (FP), and a second portion (SP), which meet at an interface (IF). A channel (CH) extends from the first portion (FP) through the interface (IF) into the second portion (SP). Further there is a method to generate the part (P). To refurbish a part with tiny geometry channels, the second portion (SP) is produced by additive manufacturing technology on the interface (IF) with the first portion (FP), the channel (CH) has a first average diameter (DI) in the first portion (FP) and the interface (IF), and the channel (CH) has a second average diameter (D2) in the second portion (SP) at said interface (IF). The second diameter (D2) is larger than the first diameter (DI). The channel (CH) has a first tapered portion (TP) which narrows in the second portion (SP) at increasing distance from the interface (IF).
