Moreover, the device is intuitive to use, will have increased efficiency, and can be used in a variety of ways. The device is made of a plurality of components, including: a pair of tube housings, a plurality of compression mechanism, a plurality of height-adjustment mechanisms, a width-adjustment mechanism, and a plurality of grips. These components work in conjunction to form an abdominal exercise machine that is more safe and efficient than traditional abdominal exercises.
