  • Publication number: 20250225793
Abstract: Systems and methods for machine-learning based cycle time tracking and reporting for vehicles are provided. A system includes a processor coupled with memory. The system identifies one or more models trained with machine learning relating to physical characteristics of vehicles and location designations associated with vehicle areas. The system receives, from one or more cameras, a video stream that captures a vehicle disposed in a vehicle area comprising a location designation. The system determines, based on an analysis of a plurality of frames of the video stream and via the one or more models, a type of the vehicle disposed in the vehicle area and a duration the vehicle is disposed in the vehicle area. The system performs, based on the type of the vehicle and a comparison of the duration of the vehicle with a threshold, an action to cause delivery of the vehicle from the vehicle area.

  • Publication number: 20240192657
Abstract: The present solution provides a model for manufacturing products, such as electric vehicles. The solution can use a data processing system to receive data identifying physical characteristics of a part of a plurality of parts of a product to assemble. Data processing system can identify a first constraint corresponding to ergonomic data for assembling the part. Data processing system can identify a second constraint corresponding to the physical characteristics of the part. Data processing system can generate, using the data input into a model of the data processing system and based on the first constraint and the second constraint, a sequence identifying an order in which to assemble the part into the product with respect to assembly of the plurality of parts.

  • Patent number: 10976203
Abstract: A thermocouple apparatus including a one-piece connector with a terminal header portion that defines a pair of openings on a front end, and a clam shell portion including a cap and a base connected on one side with a hinge to the cap. A pair of terminals are partially disposed within the pair of openings defined by the terminal header portion and extend into a cavity defined between the cap and the base. The pair of terminals may be a pair of prongs or may be a pair of receptacles. A pair of leads from a probe or a pair of leads that are part of an electrical connection to temperature measurement equipment extend through a lead wire opening and into the cavity. The cap clamps each one of the leads to one of the pair of terminals when the cap is in the closed position.
