    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for communicating data packets in a cloud cell. In one embodiment, a network node from which data packets are received is identified by the BS. If the data packets are received from a data gateway, a network node to which the data packets to be sent is identified. If the data packets are to be sent to a slave BS, partial processing is performed on the data packets by the master BS. Furthermore, partially processed data packets are transmitted to the slave BS so that the slave BS performs complete processing on the partially processed data packets and transmits the completely processed data packets to the MS. If the data packets are to be sent to the MS, then complete processing of the data packets is performed by the BS and transmitted to the MS.

    Abstract: An electronic device, having fingerprint sensing function, is provided. The electronic device includes a display panel and a sensing module. The display panel has a surface configured to be pressed by a finger of a user. The sensing module is disposed under the display panel. The display panel displays a bright area in a fingerprint sensing area to emit an illumination beam to the finger. The sensing module obtains a base fingerprint image correspondingly. The display panel then displays the base fingerprint image in the fingerprint sensing area, so as to use the base fingerprint image as a light pattern to illuminate the finger. The sensing module obtains a second fingerprint image correspondingly. A fingerprint sensing method is also provided.

    Abstract: The design of bifunctional catalysts for water splitting by modifying the electronic structure of the catalyst. That bifunctional catalyst that is synthesized is a quaternary FeNi—PSe nanoporous film (FeNi—PSe NF). A self-supported FeNi—PSE NF is synthesized and used as an anode and a cathode in a two-electrode electrolytic cell. The cell is subjected to a water source, and the FeNi—PSe NFs split the water molecules to produce hydrogen fuel. The slightly oxidized FeNi—PSe surface serves as an active site for oxygen evolution reactions, making hydrogen evolution reactions and oxygen evolution reactions well-balanced, thereby improving electrolysis efficiency.
