  • Patent number: 11575692
Abstract: To detect identity spray attacks, a machine learning model classifies account access attempts as authorized or unauthorized, based on dozens of different pieces of information (machine learning model features). Boosted tree, neural net, and other machine learning model technologies may be employed. Model training data may include user agent reputation data, IP address reputation data, device or agent or location familiarity indications, protocol identifications, aggregate values, and other data. Account credential hash sets or hash lists may serve as model inputs. Hashes may be truncated to further protect user privacy. Classifying an access attempt as unauthorized may trigger application of multifactor authentication, password change requirements, account suspension, or other security enhancements. Statistical or heuristic detections may supplement the model.

  • Patent number: 11573993
Abstract: Artificial intelligence is introduced into document review to identify content suggestions from input to generate suggested annotations for the reviewed document. An approach is provided for receiving an electronic document that contains original content from an original electronic document for review and electronic mark-ups provided by a first user. One or more electronic mark-ups that represent content suggestions proposed by the first user are identified from the electronic document. For each electronic mark-up of the one or more electronic mark-ups identified a document portion of the original content that corresponds to the electronic mark-up is identified, and an annotation is generated for the electronic mark-up comprising the electronic mark-up and a first user ID for the first user and associating the annotation to the document portion identified.

  • Publication number: 20230031691
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed herein for weighting training data for training a machine learning model. A computing system may use performance metrics to weight some training data over other training data. Weighting training data may increase the ability of a machine learning model to train faster and/or train to generate improved output. A portion of the training data may be weighted according to how well a machine learning model performs after being trained on the portion of training data. The computing system may train machine learning models using different data to train each machine learning model. The computing system may compare one or more performance metrics of each machine learning model and assign a weight to each corresponding dataset based on the comparison. The computing system may use the weighted dataset to train a machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20230034202
Abstract: Control instructions are transmitted to receivers by modulating light sources to generate light beams that are modulated with digital data streams for inducing control instructions in the light beams. Each light beam is applied to a pixel shaper element of a pixel shaper assembly to produce a light pixel, each light pixel carrying the control instructions of the light beam, each light pixel having a perimeter defined by the pixel shaper element. The pixel shaper assembly combines the light pixels into an image without significant overlap or voids between the light pixels emitted by the pixel shaper assembly. The light pixels are directed toward a projector lens for transmission toward the receivers. In a receiver, an optical receiver detects a light pixel. A controller decodes the control instructions received in the detected light pixel and uses the control instructions to control a function of the receiver.
