  • Patent number: 12640247
Abstract: A method is described for controlling operations of an automated refill system (AFS) to support automated communications with a plurality of interactive voice response (IVR) systems in fulfillment of a prescription order. Upon receiving a request message to refill a medicinal prescription order from a first IVR system, the AFS is configured to determine whether it is able to communicate with the first IVR system associated with a first pharmacy identified in the request message. Thereafter, the AFS determines whether the first IVR system associated with the first pharmacy provides a medication identified in the request message at a lowest cost. If so, the AFS continues operability with the first IVR system. Otherwise, the AFS selects a second IVR system associated with a second pharmacy to handle the refill order when the second pharmacy can provide the medication at a lowest cost.

  • Publication number: 20250030796
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for a message consolidation platform. A computing device can receive a request to open a conversation feed where the request identifies a user. The computing device can retrieve a plurality of phone number pairs associated with the user, where each phone number pair includes a sender phone number and a recipient phone number. The computing device can obtain a plurality of pulses, where each pulse corresponds to a phone number pair. The computing device can then join the plurality of pulses to form the conversation feed.

  • Patent number: 12125570
Abstract: A method id described for controlling operations of a system to support automated communications with a plurality of interactive voice response (IVR) system for fulfillment of a prescription order. The method features a first operation of identifying a destination IVR system based on a request message. Based on content associated with the request message, generating a prescription order to establish a communication session with the destination IVR system. Therefore, one or more data queries are received from the destination IVR system, and responsive to receipt of each data query of the one or more data queries from the destination IVR system, the content associated with the request message is accessed to generate a response to each data query. Thereafter, data associated with each response is translated prior to transmission to the destination IVR system to enable fulfillment of the prescription order.

  • Patent number: 11010758
Abstract: A method includes receiving by a processor a prescription drug claim transaction data from a claims processor over a data communications network, analyzing the prescription drug claim transaction data by the processor, identifying by the processor from the prescription drug claim transaction data an entity selected from the group consisting of: prescribing doctor and dispensing pharmacy, determining by the processor a location of the entity, and generating by the processor a token for the digital wallet of the user device, the token includes rules for displaying a message in the user device when the user device passes to within a threshold distance of the location of the entity as detected by a location sensor of the user device. The rules cause display of the message in the user device when the user device passes to within a threshold distance of the location of the entity as detected by a location sensor of the user device.
