  • Publication number: 20230414106
Abstract: A method and apparatus of detecting life in a wearer of a body-worn device includes at least a temperature sensor and a motion sensing device (e.g., an accelerometer) interfaced or within the body-worn device, each coupled to the wearer of the body worn device to measure body temperature of the wearer as well as movement of the wearer. Further sensors such as heart beat sensors are also anticipated for improved accuracy. The method and apparatus of detecting life declares that the wearer is dead after successive periodic readings of temperature have continually changed at a predetermined rate and no movement has been detected by the motion sensing device for a predetermined period of time. In some embodiments, the motion sensing device is a three-axis accelerometer.

  • Publication number: 20230409525
Abstract: A method of data management in a data storage system including a plurality of data storage units, the method includes dividing each file in the data storage system into a plurality of blocks having a common size. The method further includes generating a hash value for each block using a common hash algorithm. The method further includes identifying a plurality of similar files in different data storage units, based on a comparison of the hashes for each file. The method further includes copying one or more of the identified similar files, such that similar files are stored in a single data storage unit and for one or more of the copied files, generating a link to a new location of the file. The method provides an efficient, effective, and adequate reduction of the primary storage as well as the secondary storage space.

  • Publication number: 20230372725
Abstract: A system includes a communication interface for receiving information that includes data collected from an array of neural activity sensors that were placed on a patient during a session of applied stimuli. A processor is configured to analyze the received information to obtain a frequency spectrum for each sensor for a given stimulus of the applied stimuli. Neural network frequencies that correspond to an indicated impaired functionality of the nervous system of the patient are selected. For each selected frequencies, a spatial map of neural activity is generated. Each of the generated spatial maps is compared with retrieved corresponding spatial maps to identify treatment frequencies from among the selected neural network frequencies. A treatment protocol is generated for input into an electromagnetic field generator to cause the generator to apply to the patient an electromagnetic field at each identified treatment frequency.

  • Patent number: 11823549
Abstract: Systems and methods for configuration for contextual response to motion-based events are disclosed. For example, a predefined event may be detected. The system may determine that a subject associated with the event is of a given type of subjects and may determine whether another person is present in the environment associated with the event to assist in providing aid. The presence of the other person may be detected, a type of the other person may be performed, and a notification may be output on a second device associated with the other person based on the type. The system may track when the other person reach an area associated with the event and may cause the first device to perform an action to assist the other person in providing aid.

  • Patent number: 11799908
Abstract: A method of bot detection in a computer network leverages a machine learning system. The machine learning system receives a fingerprint derived at a server, the server having extracted a set of transport layer security parameters received from a client and processed the set parameters into the fingerprint. Based at least in part on the fingerprint, the learning system determines whether the client is likely to be a bot as opposed to a human user. The system generates and returns to the server as score having a first value when the fingerprint is determined to be associated with a good client, and having a second value when the fingerprint is determined to be associated with a bot. Based on the score received from the machine learning system, the server takes a configured action with respect to the client.

  • Patent number: 11780472
Abstract: A computing system can input first relative location embedding data into an interaction transformer model and receive, as an output of the interaction transformer model, motion forecast data for actors relative to a vehicle. The computing system can input the motion forecast data into a prediction model to receive respective trajectories for the actors for a current time step and respective projected trajectories for the actors for a subsequent time step. The computing system can generate second relative location embedding data based on the respective projected trajectories from the second time step. The computing system can produce second motion forecast data using the interaction transformer model based on the second relative location embedding. The computing system can determine second respective trajectories for the actors using the prediction model based on the second forecast data.
