Abstract: An implant for adding compliance to a blood vessel includes a first elongate rail shaped to contact an inner wall of a blood vessel and a second elongate rail shaped to contact an opposing inner wall of the blood vessel. Connectors extend between the first and second rails for providing a separation therebetween and maintaining the rails at locations on opposing sides of the lumen after implantation. The connectors push the rails outwardly for biasing the blood vessel toward a substantially oval shape. The connectors are preferably flexible for allowing the blood vessel to change shape during use for adding compliance to the blood vessel. The elongate rails are preferably curved or hemi-spherical for conforming to the shape of the inner wall of the blood vessel.

  • Patent number: 12292795
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data recovery using ordered data requests are described. In some examples, a memory system receives data units from a host device. A first controller of the memory system generates a protocol unit using the data units. A second controller of the memory system generates a data storage unit using data from the protocol unit, and stores the data unit to a memory device. The memory system performs error detection operations using respective sets of parity bits for each of the units. Upon detecting an error, the memory system, for a write operation, re-requests data associated with error and regenerate the units to correct for the error, or, for a read operation, re-read data associated with the error and regenerate the units to correct for the error.

  • Patent number: 12289167
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit a set of code blocks to multiple user equipments (UEs). The base station may receive feedback pertaining to reception of each of the set of code blocks at each of the multiple UEs. The base station may generate, based on the feedback, a retransmission message that includes encoded data representative of a subset of code blocks of the set of code blocks and additional redundancy with respect to the subset of code blocks. The multiple UEs may receive the retransmission message and extract a portion corresponding the set of code blocks that were previously unsuccessfully decoded. The UEs may combine the portion of the set of code blocks with the unsuccessfully decoded code blocks to create an updated combined versions of the code blocks. The UEs may decode the combined versions of the code blocks.
