Abstract: Methods and system for transaction processing are described. In one embodiment, a plurality of default parameters may be configured for value transfer. A transfer request including a transfer amount and a user account identifier may be received. One or more of the plurality of default parameters may be selected. The transfer request may be processed in the transfer amount based on the user account identifier and the one or more selected default parameters.

Abstract: Embodiments of a method and system for user payment account management in a networked system are disclosed. User information regarding a user, an account identifier, and a server location may be received from a merchant application. The account identifier may identify the user to the merchant application. An underwriting process may be initiated using the user information to determine whether to establish a user payment account for the user. The user payment account may enable the user to perform at least one of making a payment and receiving a payment in a networked system. The user payment account may be established for the user in response to a result of the underwriting process. Establishment information may be provided regarding the user payment account and the account identifier at the server location designated by the merchant application. The establishment information may include information regarding functionality available through use of the user payment account.

Abstract: Embodiments for a method and system for payment authentication are disclosed. An electronic payment data structure may include one or more electronic payment fields. Each electronic payment field may provide access to an account value from a payment source selected from at least one payment source. A payment transaction data structure may comprise a matching selection associated with a seller criterion. The matching selection may be comparable against verifying data. The seller criterion may define a circumstance in which a payment request from a seller is to be fulfilled. A payment application may fulfill the payment request to the seller when the matching selection matches the verifying data and the circumstance defined by the seller criterion is met.

Abstract: Some embodiments may provide a method comprising receiving an identification of an entity from a network-based commerce system and receiving authentication data associated with the entity from the network-based commerce system, a combination including the authentication data and the identification being operable to facilitate a transfer of value affecting a first account associated with the entity, the transfer of value further affecting a second account associated with the network-based commerce system, the authentication data and the identification of the entity being insufficient for the network-based commerce system to identify the first account.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a system includes a network-based resolution module. The network-based resolution module is configured to receive information relating to a plurality of disputes relating to transactions involving a common entity. The disputes are associated with two or more payment processing systems. The system further includes a unified interface. The unified interface is associated with the resolution module, and it is configured to provide information relating to disputes that are associated with at least one of the two or more payment processing systems.
