  • Publication number: 20150016761
Abstract: The invention pertains to a bearing device used for a connecting part of a construction machine. The bearing device has: a boom having a boss part; an arm having left and right brackets that sandwich the boss part from the left and right sides thereof; a bush that is retained by an inner peripheral side of the boss part; a sealing that is disposed between the bush and the left and right brackets and that prevents a lubricant from leaking out of the bush; a thrust plate inserted between the left and right brackets and the boss part; and a coupling pin that penetrates and is inserted through the left and right brackets and the bush. The thrust plate has a partially cut out annular shape and an angle of a cut-out portion in the circumferential direction is less than 180° at an inner peripheral portion.

  • Patent number: 8596870
Abstract: A dust seal is provided with a tubular fitting portion, a bush end surface abutting portion, a lip portion and a sealing projection integrally formed. The sealing projection is formed to project in an axially opposite direction to the lip portion from a radial inner section of the bush end surface abutting portion and abuts against a chamfered portion of a bush in such a manner as to overlap the chamfered portion. Therefore, at the time of supplying lubricant between the bush and a connecting pin, the sealing projection can prevent a part of the lubricant from entering between an end surface of the bush and the bush end surface abutting portion of the dust seal to maintain a sealed state therebetween. In consequence, the dust seal can be stably held on the inner peripheral side of a boss member, preventing the pulling-out of the dust seal.

Abstract: A two-member connection structure is provided with a boom to be arranged on a hydraulic excavator, an arm arranged inboard the boom, outboard bushings and inboard bushings press-fit in pin holes of the boom and arm, respectively. A connector pin is inserted in holes of the outboard bushings and holes of the inboard bushings to connect the boom and arm as two members for relative pivotal movement. Flange portions are integrally arranged on opposite end portions of the connector pin, respectively, to restrict slip-out of the connector pin. The connector pin is arranged rotatably relative to both of the outboard bushings and the inboard bushings, and the flange portions are arranged slidably relative to outboard end faces of the corresponding outboard bushings without being prevented from rotation relative to the boom.

  • Publication number: 20110111995
Abstract: In this grease composition, a grease produced by mixing at least one base oil selected from a mineral oil-type lubricant base oil, a synthetic lubricant base oil, and a biodegradable lubricant base oil with a thickener is compounded with a wax and water, and an additive such as a surfactant and a defoamer is optionally compounded therewith. A soap containing a calcium sulfonate complex is used as the thickener. A carnauba wax is preferably used as the wax. Since this grease composition is mainly composed of a grease and a wax, the grease composition extremely facilities its removal operation after application, is environmentally friendly, and has extremely excellent anti-corrosion performance. When the grease composition is used by being applied to a base material of an object to be welded, an effect of preventing the adhesion of welding spatters can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 7452177
Abstract: A parallel support member is constituted by a pair of links that are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of a second boom. These links are connected between a first boom and a third boom. Thus, the second boom is moved to the left or right side by an offset cylinder. In this case, when one of the links pulls the third boom, the third boom, an arm, and a bucket can be moved toward the left or right side of a vehicle body to be parallel to the first boom. At this time, the links accept a force exerted in the pulling direction, but need not receive a force exerted in the compression direction, so that the cross sectional areas, the weights of these links can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20060263191
Abstract: A tool repositioning mechanism (20) is provided between a fore end of a telescopic boom (12) and a cargo handling tool (35). The tool repositioning mechanism (20) is constituted by a head member (21), swing arm (25), swing cylinder (29), tool mount member (30) and a link (34). As a swing cylinder (29) is expanded or contracted, the cargo handling tool (35) is shifted to the right or to the left of the telescopic boom (12) through the tool repositioning mechanism (20). Accordingly, even if a spot of a lifted cargo on the cargo handling tool (35) is deviated from a cargo unloading spot in a lateral direction, the position of the lifted cargo can be adjusted easily by the tool repositioning mechanism (20) to unload the cargo accurately on a specified spot.

  • Patent number: 7112032
Abstract: Protective projections (26D) which are provided on cylinder mounting brackets (26) of a cargo handling tool (21) are arranged to project toward a vehicle body (2) from behind the cargo handling tool (21). When the vehicle body (2) is driven in reverse direction with a boom (12) in a folded position on the side of the ground, the protective projections (26D) are collided against obstacles (A) on the ground prior to a rod (27C) of a fork cylinder (27) if the lower side (2A) of the vehicle body (2) has passed over and clear of the obstacles (A). Thus, the protective projections (26D) function to protect the fork cylinder rod (27C) of the fork cylinder (27) against direct collision against obstacles (A) on the ground.
