  • Publication number: 20240153765
Abstract: A method for producing a group III nitride semiconductor includes a loading step (S1), a decompression step (S2), a heating step (S3), an excitation gas supply step (S5), and an organometallic gas supply step (S6). In the loading step (Si), a substrate is loaded into a chamber. In the decompression step (S2), a suction part reduces a pressure inside the chamber. In the heating step (S3), a heater provided inside the chamber heats the substrate. In the excitation gas supply step (S5), a first gas that contains nitrogen without containing hydrogen is supplied to a plasma generator, and an excitation gas obtained by turning the first gas into plasma by the plasma generator is supplied to the substrate inside the chamber. In the organometallic gas supply step (S6), a second gas that is an organometallic gas that contains a group III element is supplied to the substrate inside the chamber.

  • Patent number: 6400904
Abstract: A housing of a finder unit is attached to a camera body and cam follower pins of movable lenses are engaged with grooves of a finder cam provided in the camera body. The housing is moved back and forth in this state along a guide bar attached to the camera body. Thereby, a position of a view frame of a view frame switch unit, which serves as an image forming part of the finder unit, is adjusted with respect to the movable lenses so that the focus of the finder unit is adjusted.

  • Patent number: 6198581
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a finder prism capable of forming some in-finder information such as an automatic focus target mark and a short distance correction mark by virtue of extremely narrow lines. In detail, the finder prism is provided between an objective lens and an ocular lens, and is adapted to transmit an object image to a camera user under a condition where an automatic focus target mark and an short distance correction mark are overlapped on a photographing object image. In particular, the prism is made of a resin, a shouldered portion is formed on one surface of the prism from which the object light is allowed to exit during a photographing process, thereby forming some in-finder information such as an automatic focus target mark and an short distance correction mark.

  • Patent number: 6141501
Abstract: A finder device is disclosed wherein light from an objective optical system passes through a finder frame to an eyepiece. The finder frame includes two spaced-apart support pins, a screen format switchable mask mounted to the support pins so as to enable a particular screen format to be selected from among at least two alternative screen formats, and a mask pressure plate which is mounted to the support pins so as to retain the screen format switchable mask on said support pins. Markings, useful for taking photographs, are provided on the transparent region of the screen format switchable mask or on the mask pressure plate. In this manner, markings useful for taking photographs, which be viewed with an object to be photographed when looking through the eyepiece of the finder, can be manufactured with less expense and fewer defects than previously.

  • Patent number: 6091902
Abstract: A zoom camera with a pseudo zooming function for assigning a frame a pseudo zoom ratio by which a printing area and a print magnification of the frame are modified to obtain a photo print that looks like being photographed at a virtual focal length that is equal to a multiplication product of the pseudo zoom ratio and an actual focal length of a taking lens used for photographing the frame. A virtual focal length is determined in accordance with operating direction and amount of a manual zooming operation member. A viewfinder is controlled in correspondence with the virtual focal length, to show a photographic field to be contained in a photo print as photographed at the virtual focal length.

  • Patent number: 6085761
Abstract: The invention relates to a toothpick brush comprising a brush body 11 provided with a point projecting portion 11 insertable in spaces between teeth, a gripping portion 12 formed so as to be easily held, and a connection part 13 for connecting the abovementioned two members; and a cleaning member 2 attached to the connection part 13. The cleaning member 2 is made of synthetic resin having rubber resiliency at a normal temperature, and a number of projecting brush elements 21 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cleaning member 2. According to the invention, stains and/or plaque between teeth can be securely removed by only one type of toothpick brush without impairing gums when using, and removal of stains between teeth and massaging of gums can be carried out at the same time.

  • Patent number: 6057969
Abstract: A lens barrel comprises a first lens group and a second lens group. One of the first lens group and the second lens group is mounted on a lens barrel body with an adjusting mechanism for lens axis deviation intervening therebetween. The other set of lens is mounted on the lens barrel body with an adjusting mechanism for lens inclination intervening therebetween. Adjustments for axis deviation and inclination of the lenses are thereby facilitated.
