  • Patent number: 7766680
Abstract: A connector device to be used with a flexible printed circuit board including a connector. The flexible printed circuit board has on its front and rear surfaces ground patterns, signal patterns and phase inversion signal patterns arranged such that the signal pattern and the phase inversion signal pattern are arranged between the two ground patterns, and has a ground layer between the front and rear surfaces and exposed portions located at predetermined positions and reaching the ground layer. The connector has first and second contacts of two kinds. The first and second contacts are arranged in one and the same inserting hole of the housing such that their contact portions are opposite to each other.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 5, 2008
Date of Patent: August 3, 2010
    Assignee: DDK Ltd.
    Inventors: Masayuki Suzuki, Osamu Koyasu

  • Patent number: 7113002
Abstract: A differential signal transmission cable structure for transmitting differential signals having GHz frequency band in the present invention is provided with a differential signal transmission pair cable 30 connecting a driver circuit 23a and a receiver circuit 23b, for transmitting differential signals having GHz frequency band, and a power supply ground transmission pair cable 31 connecting ground and a first power supply 26a connected to the driver circuit and ground and a second power supply 26b connected to the receiver circuit. Further characteristic impedance of the differential signal transmission pair cable is matched to that of the driver circuit and the receiver circuit, thereby enabling TEM waves of differential signals having GHz frequency band transmission mode to be maintained when the differential signals are transmitted.

  • Patent number: 6973243
Abstract: A cable wherein even when there is a substantial volume of cable identifying information for identifying the cable, all of that cable identifying information can be simply and speedily written-in. This cable has a cable core, an integrated member with a chain of RFIDs including a plurality of RFID elements arranged at suitable intervals along a longitudinal direction of the cable core, to and from which cable identifying information can be written-in and read-out by transmission of electromagnetic energy, and a transmission coaxial cable for collectively writing-in cable identifying information to all of the RFID elements.
