  • Patent number: 8113739
Abstract: A sand drift prevention method in which a plurality of columnar sandbags made of a tubular knit fabric are placed so as to cross over one another, and in such a pitch that 3 to 30 sandbags are disposed for every ten meters, and in which the cross-sectional area of each of the columnar sandbags is 10 to 400 cm2. A method of forming and improving the vegetation in sandy soil in which drift of sand is prevented by the sand drift prevention method, a plant desired to grow is grown in the sandy soil surface exposed as being surrounded by columnar sandbags placed so as to cross over one another. A tubular knit fabric for a columnar sandbag employed in these methods, and, in particular, the tubular knit fabric knitted by use of a polylactic-acid fiber.

  • Patent number: 7416779
Abstract: To provide a fiberboard capable of reducing a load on the environment at all states of producing, using, and abolishing and moreover having a high degree of bending strength and a high bending-strength retention rate at high temperature and high humidity so as to be usable for an automobile interior material or building material and a fiber-board producing method. The fiberboard is formed by mixing natural fiber with polylactic acid resin serving as a binder and has an apparent density of 0.2 g/cm3.

  • Publication number: 20070167047
Abstract: Continuous annular resin bands surrounding electrical contact portions of respective terminals are disposed without gaps between the electrical contact portions of respective terminals and resin members that fixedly hold the terminals; there are formed gaps among the adjoining resin bands. Gaps are formed among a bundle of terminals having annular resin bands and resin members surrounding the bundle. A partial adhesion is formed at the interface between the terminals and the resin by a low cost manufacturing method, whereby a molding with high air-tightness between the interior and exterior thereof and high reliability is realized.
