  • Patent number: 11970088
Abstract: A seat control system for a vehicle includes a seat, a seat position changer, a door sensor, and a controller. When an occupant performs registration operation after an ignition switch is turned on, the controller is configured to: if the door sensor senses a closed state, store a current seat position of the seat as a driving position, in association with the information of the occupant; and, if the door sensor senses an open state, store the current seat position as a get-out position at a time when the occupant gets off the vehicle, in association with the information. After the registration operation is performed, the controller is configured to: change the seat position to the driving position by controlling the seat position changer before the vehicle travels; and change the seat position to the get-out position by controlling the seat position changer when the occupant gets off the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7676238
Abstract: Mobile radio equipment and a transmission rate controlling method thereof for reducing the rate of transmission between the mobile radio equipment and a base station when the transmission rate is beyond the capability of the application function of the mobile radio equipment to thereby use the resources of the radio base station effectively. A radio transmitter/receiver receives data or radio signals via an antenna. A transmission system function CPU converts or customizes the data to a data format acceptable to an application function CPU. Subsequently, the transmission system function CPU inputs the data via a data input/output section into a data input/output section of the application function CPU. A decoder 16 is fed with the data input to the data input/output section. After that, the data is decoded by the decoder, and output from an input/output section according to the format of the decoded data.

  • Patent number: 7579805
Abstract: A semiconductor device in which the lifetime of mounted components can be prolonged. A cooling system for controlling the temperature of a refrigerant through a heating section and a radiator is provided. The semiconductor device is connected to the cooling system and is cooled. A variation width (?T1) of temperature controlled by the cooling system through the heating section and the radiator is smaller than a temperature variation (?T2) of the refrigerant caused by variations in operating conditions of the semiconductor device (?T1??T2).

  • Patent number: 7542317
Abstract: The power conversion apparatus uses the semiconductor device. Said semiconductor device includes a first group of power semiconductor elements at least one of which is electrically connected between a first potential and a third potential, a second group of power semiconductor elements at least one of which is electrically connected between a second potential and the third potential, and a third group of power semiconductor elements at least one of which is electrically connected between the first potential and the third potential. The second group is disposed between the first group and third group. Thereby, a low-loss semiconductor device having both inductance reducibility and heat generation balancing capability and also an electric power conversion apparatus using the same is provided.

Abstract: A semiconductor device in which the lifetime of mounted components can be prolonged. A cooling system for controlling the temperature of a refrigerant through a heating section (1) and a radiator (2) is provided. The semiconductor device (100) is connected to the cooling system and is cooled. A variation width (?T1) of temperature controlled by the cooling system through the heating section (1) and the radiator (2) is larger than a temperature variation (?T2) of the refrigerant caused by variations in operating conditions of the semiconductor device (100) (?T1>?T2).

  • Patent number: 7151921
Abstract: A management system for memory capacity, in which vacant capacity of a memory in a mobile terminal is secured in case that the mobile terminal has a shortage in its memory for obtaining a large amount of data and the large amount of data can be stored in the mobile terminal, is provide. An Internet service management server provides a data management means that makes some data storing in a mobile terminal transfer to a data memorizing means in the Internet service management server. The data management means compares the amount of data, which the mobile terminal desires to obtain from the Internet, with vacant capacity of the mobile terminal. When the vacant capacity of the mobile terminal is not sufficient for obtaining the amount of data desired to obtain by the mobile terminal, the data management means makes some data storing in the mobile terminal transfer to the data memorizing means in the Internet service management server.

  • Publication number: 20050101336
Abstract: A mobile communication terminal can transfer content received from a content server to another terminal only when a predetermined operating condition is satisfied. The content server transmits the operating condition together with the content. Alternatively, a data transmitting device transmits the operating condition, as unique data, to the mobile communication terminal. The operating condition transmitted by the content server is a condition which allows the mobile communication terminal to transfer the content only within a predetermined area. The mobile communication terminal receives information on its current position from a GPS satellite. Moreover, the mobile communication terminal can transfer the content only if the unique data transmitted from the data transmitting device can be received.
