  • Patent number: 4664352
Abstract: A suspension device for a vehicle seat has a lower frame secured to a vehicle floor, an upper frame disposed above the lower frame in parallel for mounting the vehicle seat, link plates disposed in parallel on the front side and the rear side of a vehicle for connecting the lower frame and the upper frame, torsion springs disposed near the connecting portion of the link plates for imparting elastic support force to the link plates, and a shock absorber disposed between the lower frame and the upper frame for damping the relative vibration of the above two frames.

  • Patent number: 4641065
Abstract: A moving coil type linear motor comprises a rail of generally U-shaped cross section, permanent magnets of flat plate-shape and magnetized in the direction of thickness and provided on an inner side of the rails with varied polarities of magnetic poles next to each other. A pair of coils whose length is 1.5 times that of the magnetic pole and has a space of 0.5 times the length of the magnetic pole in the center thereof, are disposed opposingly with the permanent magnets and travel along the permanent magnets within the rail. Brushes are provided with the respective coils, and a feeder pattern arranged on an inner side of the rail, feeds electric power to the coils through the brushes, only when respective active coil parts of the coils are fully in the magnetic flux of the same direction. The linear motor also comprises sensing means for detecting signals regarding the traveling of the coils, and controlling means for controlling the travel of the coils on the ground of the signals from the sensing means.

  • Patent number: 4462185
Abstract: A door operating device for operating by means of a DC motor the slide door of a slide door unit including an opening formed in the exterior panel of an automobile, the door designed to be arranged flush with the exterior panel when closed, guide rails extended along the upper frame, the lower frame of the opening and the outside surface of the exterior panel, respectively, and guide rollers for guiding the door along the guide rails. A first turnable arm is supported rotatably on the floor of the automobile, a second turnable arm is supported rotatably on the free end of the first turnable arm and a driving wheel is supported rotatably on the free end of the second turnable arm. The output torque of the motor is distributed into a torque for rotating the driving wheel and a torque for rotating the first turnable arm.
