Publication number: 20190165641Abstract: A motor that drives an impeller of a fan motor includes a rotor, stator, and circuit board. The circuit board is electrically connected to a controller that drives the rotor. When electrical connection between first and second signal lines is established, the rotor is drivable in a first mode. When electrical connection is cut, the rotor is drivable in a second mode. The circuit board includes a board, a protrusion protruding from an end of the board in a first direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to a board thickness direction, wiring portions, a first surface on one side in a second direction parallel or substantially parallel to the board thickness direction and a second surface on the other side. The wiring portions include first and second signal lines respectively provided on the first and second surfaces of the board and protrusion, the second signal line being electrically connected to the first signal line at the protrusion.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 6, 2018Publication date: May 30, 2019Inventors: Yoshihiro ITO, Osamu YANAGIMOTO

Publication number: 20090084277Abstract: A pressurizing device comprising a connection mechanism (5) capable of connecting an output shaft (2) to an input shaft (3) so that they are not moved relative to each other and a fluid pressure mechanism (6) capable of hydraulically connecting the output shaft (2) to the input shaft (3) and increasing the energization of the input shaft (3) by the Pascal's principle when the output shaft (2) and the input shaft (3) are moved relative to each other to pressurize the output shaft (3) with high thrust. The connection mechanism (5) detects the contact of the output shaft (2) on the pressurized object and releases the connection of the output shaft (2) to the input shaft (3).Type: ApplicationFiled: August 31, 2005Publication date: April 2, 2009Applicant: FALCOM INC.Inventor: Osamu Yanagimoto

Publication number: 20090028732Abstract: A pressurizing device comprising a control mechanism (7) which maintains the opening of a communication passage (22a) which allows the fluid pressure mechanism (6) to communicate with the outside when the fluid pressure mechanism is connected by a connection mechanism (5) and closing the communication passage (22a) by detecting the flow of a fluid in the fluid pressure mechanism (6) when the fluid is pushed to the outside by the energization of an input shaft (3) when the connection by the connection mechanism (5) is released so as to isolate the fluid pressure mechanism (6) from the outside.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 31, 2005Publication date: January 29, 2009Applicant: FALCOM INC.Inventor: Osamu Yanagimoto

Patent number: 7441991Abstract: A circular truncated cone-shaped cutting section (3) of a chamfering tool (1) is formed with a first blade section (31) which is tilted so that a chip is discharged to a side of a shank section (2), and a second blade section (32) which is tilted so that the chirp is discharged to a direction opposite to the side of the shank section (2) in a peripheral direction with a gap. The chamfering tool (1) is rotated, and the first blade section (31) and the second blade section (32) are alternately brought into contact with an edge of an object to be worked so that the edge is chamfered. As a result, occurrence of a secondary burr on the edge is suppressed.Type: GrantFiled: August 20, 2004Date of Patent: October 28, 2008Inventor: Osamu Yanagimoto

Publication number: 20080245223Abstract: A pressurizing device to carry out checking from outside for malfunctioning of a switching mechanism and fluid leaks from seal parts of a pressure-absorbing mechanism during operation with respect to such failures, and it is possible to avoid size increase of the device and decreasing of movement speed at times of rapid movement. A third through hole extending from a second fluid compartment to outside in the axial direction is formed passing through a fixed part; a rod is slidably supported in the third through hole so as to block the third through hole; a valve member is fixed to one end of the rod and an advancing and retracting mechanism fixed to the output shaft is connected to the other end; and a first connecting hole is opened and closed by the advancing and retracting mechanism operating and advancing and retracting the valve member in the axial direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 4, 2005Publication date: October 9, 2008Inventor: Osamu Yanagimoto
