  • Publication number: 20230080265
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to genetically modified non-human animals (e.g., genetically-modified mice or rodents) that express a hACE2 and/or hTMPRRS2 under control of the mouse promoter and the genetically modified non-human animal does not express native ACE2 and/or hTMPRRS2. The present disclosure also relates to methods of generating the genetically-modified animals (e.g., genetically modified mice or rodents), and methods of using the genetically modified non-human animals (e.g., genetically modified mice or rodents) described herein.

  • Patent number: 9636024
Abstract: Systems and methods for estimating hemodynamic parameters from physiological curve images. A mobile device captures pictures of a physiological monitor display, which are used to extract the relevant physiological curve and upload it to an analysis server for processing and estimation of hemodynamic parameters. In some examples, the mobile device runs a dedicated application and is Internet-connected, which in turn connects to an Internet-connected analysis server. In some further examples, the system can be implemented using any computer that is capable of taking an image, extracting a physiological curve, and uploading it to a network service for analysis. In still further examples, analysis can be performed by the mobile device instead of via a remote server.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20110001371
Abstract: System for the circulation of filtered air inside the wind turbine (1) of a quality which is free from particles of sand and dust, for the ventilation of components in the turbine's interior. The system (6) is hardly invasive, is installed at the door (3) which leads inside the tower (2) of a wind turbine (1), or, alternatively, this door (3) may be substituted by a door equipped with the system (6). The system (6) allows for regulating the air flow input, as well as for varying the efficiency of the filtration depending on the conditions demanded by the place where the wind turbine is located (1).
