  • Publication number: 20180218126
Abstract: A medical triage assistance system helps to streamline remote medical triaging so that healthcare professionals can increase the number of patients they can assist, ensure high-quality care, and reduce operational costs. The medical triage assistance system receives an unstructured conversation between a patient and a healthcare professional that it organizes into call-response units that pair questions from the healthcare professional (or the medical triage assistance system) with their answers. The medical triage assistance system determines the patient's likely symptoms by traversing a knowledge graph that associates mundane language with medical symptoms based on tokens extracted from the call-response units. In some embodiments, the medical triage assistance system can also recommend and execute medical protocols based on the likely symptoms.

  • Publication number: 20160292596
Abstract: Methods and systems for scheduling a shared ride among commuters are disclosed. A shared ride may be created by first receiving a destination area and ride input factors from a rideshare subscribed entity, then generating a unique URL associated with the destination area. The unique URL is then transmitted to potential commuters. Users who access the URL input their commuter registration information, which may include commuter travel information, work schedule, home address, and whether the commuter currently drives or carpools to a destination location. A rideshare group is formed by applying a group formation algorithm with the processor to the commuter registration information, the destination area, and the at least one ride input factor to generate an output representing identity information for the rideshare group of commuters, at which point a shared ride is scheduled.

Abstract: A system and method are described for providing feedback for a transportation service. A rating user interface can be provided after completion of a service. In response to a user's providing a rating for the transportation service, additional rating features can be provided as part of the rating user interface. If the rating is equal to or higher than a predetermined level, the user may be enabled to share positive aspects of the service with other people. If the rating is below the predetermined level, the user may be enabled to indicate categories which the user was dissatisfied with.
