Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for a health monitoring platform are described. A method may include receiving physiological data associated with one or more users, the physiological data being continuously collected via one or more wearable devices associated with the respective users. The method may include receiving, via one or more user devices associated with the one or more users, supplemental data associated with the physiological data for the one or more users, the supplemental data comprising indications of events, subjective attributes, or both. The method may include causing a graphical user interface (GUI) of an administrator device to display at least a portion of the physiological data and at least a portion of the supplemental data in conjunction with the physiological data, where the GUI indicates one or more respective subsets of the physiological data that correspond to one or more respective subsets of the supplemental data.
