  • Publication number: 20240096771
Abstract: An electronic device includes a multilevel metallization structure, a semiconductor die, and a package structure. The multilevel metallization structure has multiple levels of conductive metal traces and vias and polyimide insulator material, including a first level along a first side and a final level along a second side. The first level includes conductive metal leads with exposed surfaces along the first side, and the final level includes conductive metal pads with exposed surfaces along the second side. The semiconductor die is flip chip attached to the first side of the multilevel metallization structure with conductive features connected to respective conductive metal pads of the final level of the multilevel metallization structure, and the package structure encloses the semiconductor die and portions of the first side of the multilevel metallization structure.

  • Patent number: 6052981
Abstract: An extendable arm has a first arm portion, a second arm portion extendable and retractable relative to the first arm portion to extend and contract the arm, and a flexible elongated pulling element having opposite ends connected to the second arm portion and passing around a rotatable spool secured in position on the first arm portion. Rotation of the spool causes the second arm portion to extend or retract relative to the first arm portion.

  • Patent number: 5916115
Abstract: The invention provides a picker attachment and apparatus having the attachment for picking olives. The picker attachment includes a base and a plurality of longitudinally-extending spindles carried by and extending forwardly therefrom. Each spindle is rotatable about a longitudinal axis. The spindles are caused to rotate in unison by a spindle coupler. Each of the spindles has at least one longitudinally-extending elongate flat portion, each elongate flat portion having a longitudinally-extending edge being a radially peripheral edge of the spindle, the edge defining a longitudinally-extending flange disposed generally perpendicularly to the plane of the planar flat portion, whereby the spindles can receive a transversely-extending olive-bearing branch therebetween and engage and remove olives from the branch while rotating.

  • Patent number: 5875625
Abstract: A fruit catcher has a trolley with ground-engaging wheels to enable the catcher to be moved over the ground, and a pair of side-by-side catcher portions pivotally mounted on the trolley for lateral opening and closing movement to enable the trolley to be moved, when the catcher portions are in a laterally opened position, to position the catcher portions on opposite sides of a tree, whereby the catcher portions can subsequently be pivoted to a closed position in which the catcher portions surround the tree. Each catcher portion has a series of radial arms which are extendable and contractible and which carry a flexible catcher sheet portion. Each catcher portion also has an actuator connected to each radial arm thereof for extending and contracting the arms simultaneously and, when the arms are extended, the flexible sheet portions provide an annular catcher array surrounding the tree for catching fruit falling therefrom.
