Abstract: The present invention provides a protective cover assembly for a vehicle to keep the vehicle cool and protect it from damage from the sun. The protective cover assembly includes a cover, a plurality of hydraulic columns, and a plurality of magnetic ropes stored removably inside a box. The cover contracts and expands with help of the plurality of hydraulic columns and the plurality of magnetic ropes to cover the entire body of the vehicle. The box of the protective cover assembly can be removably connected to the top of a vehicle. The protective cover assembly can be supplied with power by battery and solar cells. The protective cover assembly can be easily either operated manually, or automatically with the help of remote control and mobile devices.
