    Abstract: The invention relates to a preferably bistable magnetic brake, which is intended in particular for locking an actuating device of an electromechanical wheel braking device in its braking position at a given time. To enable releasing the magnetic brake even in the event of a defect, the invention proposes embodying the magnetic brake with two redundant electromagnets for its actuation.
