Abstract: A connector (1, 2) having a jacket (1.3), a lock collar (1.1, 2.1), optionally additionally with a ring seal (2.2) and a shield sleeve (1.2) is proposed. The connector (1, 2) is preferably shielded. The connector (1, 2) includes a connection end for connecting an electrical line and a mating end for making a plug-in connection. Otherwise, the connector is mainly cylindrical and radially annularly closed. The jacket (1.3) is fixed at least partially around the shield sleeve (1.2), so that the jacket (1.3) is neither radially nor longitudinally movable relative to the shield sleeve (1.2). The lock collar (1.1, 2.1) is rotatable at least partially around the shield sleeve (1.2). The jacket (1.3) and the lock collar (1.1, 2.1) and/or the ring seal (2.2) overlap at least partially, with a seal being provided in the overlap region, which seal is of elastic design and is biased by the lock collar (1.1, 2.1) and/or the ring seal (2.2) toward the connection end.

Abstract: A connection adapter is configured and shaped to be connected between the connection side of a sensor or of an actuator and the input side of a plug connector in order to adapt different plug faces of the sensor or actuator and of the plug connector to each other. The connection adapter has a plug base facing toward the plug connector and with contact chambers and comprises a fastening area facing toward the sensor or actuator.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a plastic contact cell comprising a contact element (2) that is provided with an insulation piercing connecting device and is used for attaching one end of an electric cable in at least one contact chamber within the contact cell (1). According to the invention, the contact cell (1) is produced in a generative process in such a way that the contact cell (1) is constructed layer by layer from an amorphous starting material by irradiating the same with light. Also disclosed is a contact cell which is produced according to said method.

Abstract: The invention relates to a plug (1.1), preferably for use outside in solar-energy systems, which plug (1.1) comprises a contact carrier (1.1.1) in which a contact pin (1.1.2) is arranged and fastened, which contact carrier (1.1.1) carries on the end a cable sealing ring (1.1.3) with a strain-relief hook (1.1.4), which strain-relief hook (1.1.4) cooperates with a threaded compression sleeve (1.1.5) in order to decouple forces of traction and pressure that act on a cable (1.1.6) from the contact pin (1.1.2). The corresponding socket (1.2) is designed in analogy with the above.

Abstract: The invention relates to a shielded circular connector or a shielded box. The preferably metal housing of said connector comprises at least one cap nut (1) and union screw (2), or two corresponding cap nuts or union screws, which can be fixed by means of a thread, bayonet fitting, detent elements, insert moulding or encapsulation geometry or similar. According to the invention, an annular spring system, consisting of at least one and preferably two annular-segment lamellae (1.1), is situated on the cap nut (1) or union screw (2), said lamellae having a closed sprung ring (1.2) on their ends, interconnecting the latter.

Abstract: A plug or socket connectable to a cable having at least one conductor and a shielding is formed of several subassemblies and has a tubular and at least partially metallic casing and an electrically insulating holder fitted in the casing. A contact in the holder has a press-fit connection secured to the conductor. A contacting element separate from the casing forms in the casing an electrical connection between the casing and the shielding.

According to the invention, a separate contacting element is provided in order to establish the electrical connection between the housing and the shield for the assembly of the plurality of modules (1 to 5).

To mount or dismount a module (1) from a mounting rail (2) in a simple manner, the module (1) is fixed onto an adapter (3) for mounting on the mounting rail (2). The adapter (3) for one embodiment fulfills its fixing function by use of a bistable snap-on process and is configured in such a way that no tool is required for the manual mounting or dismounting process.
