Abstract: A method for transmitting data in a CTI communications system in the 3rd party configuration, employs a communications system having a plurality of terminals which, for a communication connection between two or more terminals, generates a call which comprises prescribed information about the connection, a TSP and a plurality of clients which are connected to the TSP and communicate with the TSP via a CTI interface. For the purpose of transmitting files or logging data between the clients, the invention proposes transmitting the data for transmission from one of the clients to the TSP via the CTI interface and writing them to a prescribed memory area for the call. These data can be read by the other clients associated with the call, likewise via the CTI interface.

Abstract: A system having at least two communication systems which manage resources in each case, in which in each case an identification code is assigned to the resources for identification, and in which the resources managed by a single communication system can be differentiated on the basis of their identification codes, and having at least one application for controlling and/or monitoring the resources by transmitting messages comprising the identification code of the respective resource between the at least one application and the communication systems, characterized in that an extension of all identification codes is provided for differentiating the resources, which extension is performed at least by every communication system when sending messages and comprises an unambiguous identifier of the sending communication systems, at least whenever a plurality of resources have the same non-extended identification code in each case.

Abstract: Data are interchanged between a communications application and a communications installation via an IP network. To this end, the communications application uses an application-end primary control unit to communicate with the communications installation. A first transmission path is used to interchange basic control data and the user data on the basis of a first transmission standard between the primary control unit and the communications installation, and a second transmission path based on a second transmission standard is used to interchange extended control data between an auxiliary control unit and the communications installation.

Abstract: A communications installation, having a first interface, is controlled and/or monitored using at least two applications, where control or state data are transmitted via a connection that uses the first interface. Connected between the communications installation and the applications is a transmission unit having a second interface to the communications installation and third interfaces to the applications. At least two of the applications can be connected to one of the third interfaces. The first and third interfaces use the same data format for data interchange and make the same functions available. The transmission unit supplies the control or state data in bundled form to the communications installation, on the one hand, or supplies or makes the control or state data available to the applications, on the other hand, according to the transmission direction.
