Abstract: The present invention provides a device for performing multiple folding on a pastry case enclosing a stuffing so as to made stuffed foods with pastry cases, such as Chinese spring rolls and Mexican tacos. The device is characterized in that a stuffing feeder, a pastry case front folding plate, a pastry case front pressing stand, a pastry case two-sided folding plate, a pastry case flanging and pressing stand, and a consecutive folding and pressing stand are disposed on a conveyor belt of an apparatus in sequence, for performing the steps of: upon entry of the pastry case onto the conveyor belt, feeding a stuffing automatically and continuously, and then performing single folding, two-sided folding, and secondary bending-pressing, to thereby form stuffed foods with pastry cases by multiple folding.

Abstract: A mechanical apparatus for releasing food slurry along a predetermined path or course is provided. Therein, a slurry extruding mechanism is fixedly provided on a transverse translation frame and a longitudinal translation frame that are powered respectively by servomotors. When the translation frames are simultaneously driven, the food slurry is released from the extruding mechanism onto a conveyor belt along the predetermined course, thereby forming food products of a specific shape.

Abstract: A method for forming round strip food comprises at least moving horizontally a soft and deformable outer material to a predetermined distance and stopping the movement of the outer material; placing a stuffing upon an upper surface of the outer material; lifting and turning two lateral piece-bodies of the outer material at two sides of the moving path of the outer material to cover upon an upper surface of the stuffing; lifting and turning the outer material along the moving path to cover upon the lateral piece-bodies; and rolling the stuffing with the outer material enclosing thereon so that the outer material wound around the stuffing so as to form a round strip food. A round strip food shaping apparatus is enclosed. The apparatus can perform above mentioned method.
