    Abstract: A buoyancy body including an assembly of smaller parts formed in such a manner that the smaller parts have no large thickness. The parts are individually produced as foam plastic parts in order to achieve a desired small cell structure. The assembled buoyancy body provides a solid form plastic ball from only two parts, without these parts, at any place, having a material thickness that is more than just a fraction of the ball diameter.
