  • Patent number: 11703815
Abstract: Systems and methods for operating an energy plant are disclosed herein. A time series of performance variable associated with a device in the energy plant is obtained. An auto-correlation function data of the device is obtained based on the time series of the performance variable associated with the device. An electronic model of the device is generated based on the auto-correlation function data. Time, at which a future event of the device is predicted to occur, is predicted based on the electronic model. A report indicating the future event of the device and the predicted time may be generated. The device may be automatically configured, according to the future event and the predicted time.

  • Publication number: 20210216938
Abstract: A building management enterprise system includes a display device, one or more processors, and one or more computer-readable storage media communicably coupled to the one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon that cause the one or more processors to: identify one or more factors for evaluating economic effectiveness of an enterprise having a plurality of physical nodes; receive data associated with each of the factors from a plurality of data sources for each of the nodes, the plurality of data sources including at least one sensor located in each of the nodes; determine a benchmark value for each of the factors; compare the data received from the plurality of data sources with the benchmark value for each of the factors; calculate an effectiveness score for each of the factors based on the compare; and control the display device to display performance indicators associated with the effectiveness scores.

  • Publication number: 20190346169
Abstract: A system for monitoring and controlling devices within a building management system (BMS). The system includes a user device configured to receive and convert a vocal input to voice data, and a BMS processor in communication with the user device and an operating device within the BMS. The BMS processor converts voice data to intent and entity parameters, and determines if the intent parameter is a visual intent or an audio intent. If the intent parameter is a visual intent, the BMS processor determines a category corresponding to the entity parameter, and outputs a web page corresponding to the category. Additionally, if the intent parameter is an audio intent, the BMS processor determines a category corresponding to the entity parameter, and retrieves and outputs operating device data corresponding to the category. Further, the user device outputs audio data corresponding to the operating device data and displays the web page.
