Abstract: A hair shroud assembly includes a shroud that is selectively worn when hair is being dyed. The shroud is worn in a first position to cover shoulders when hair dye is being applied. The shroud is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit the hair dye from contacting skin. The shroud is worn in a second position having the shroud being wrapped around a head when the hair dye is applied. In this way the shroud inhibits the hair dye from dripping. A strip is coupled to the shroud and the strip is aligned with a peripheral edge of the shroud. The strip is comprised of a fluid absorbent material to inhibit the hair dye from passing between the shroud and the skin.
