  • Publication number: 20110223821
Abstract: Provided is a wakeboard structure including two opposing, spaced-apart outer plates pressed together and sealed at two opposing ends thereof to thereby form a hollow casing filled with a foaming material. To enhance the internal structural strength of the wakeboard structure and prevent the outer plates from severing, inner sides of the two outer plates are coated with a glue layer before being adhered with a reinforcing panel, respectively. The reinforcing panel is made of plastic or a plastic composite material. The outer plates, the glue layers, and the reinforcing panels are coupled together, such that the wakeboard structure thus fabricated is unlikely to crack or sever when subjected to pressure or repeated impact, lightweight, highly buoyant, and effective in ensuring personal safety.

  • Publication number: 20110162172
Abstract: A fastener for a water-sport appliance includes a body of a certain thickness being disposed protrudingly on a working surface (e.g., an aquaboard), wherein the body is formed with a receiving chamber in a central portion thereof and a magnetic component is disposed on a wall surface of an end of the receiving chamber; and a cover being pivoted at an end of the receiving chamber of the body, wherein a magnetic component is also disposed at an end of the cover to attract the body and, in use of the fastener, the other end of the cover can be depressed so that the end of the cover is lifted upward to form a prong-like space for the water-sport appliance to abut against. Thus, the water-sport appliance can be held more safely and securely.
