Publication number: 20250247380Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods that allow for secure access to websites and web-based applications and other resources available through the browser. Also described are systems and methods for invocation of a secure web container which may display data representative of a requesting party's application at a user's machine. The secure web container is invoked upon receipt of an API call from the requesting party. Thus, described in the present specification are systems and methods for constructing and destroying private, secure, browsing environments (a secure disposable web container), insulating the user and requesting parties from the threats associated with being online for the purposes of providing secure, policy-based interaction with a requesting party's online services.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2025Publication date: July 31, 2025Inventors: Ramesh Rajagopal, Scott M. Patent number: 12354750Abstract: A medical wearable matching system is provided that pre-assesses a fit of a wearable article of medical device for a patient. The matching system may facilitate fitting and selection of a class of wearable articles for a patient. The matching system may also evaluate potential effects of the fit on operations of the medical device. Patient specific data, such as measurements, are fed into a fit prediction artificial intelligence (“AI”) model. The fitting AI model is trained with fitting data of previous patients to predict a class of wearable medical article that is likely, above a threshold amount, to provide a target fit for the patient. The patient specific information may also be fed into an adverse potential AI model. The adverse potential AI model is trained with patient experience data describing adverse operations of a wearable article worn by prior patients.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2022Date of Patent: July 8, 2025Assignee: West Affum Holdings DACInventors: Steven E. Sjoquist, Mark P. Moore, Joseph L. Sullivan, Jonathan P. Niegowski, Hema A. Ingle, Leo J. Gilbert, Zoie R. Brent

Publication number: 20250095838Abstract: A medical wearable evaluation system is provided that facilitates identifying various design configurations of wearable articles that contribute to the quality of medical data captured for a patient. Medical data analysis may determine particular sets of medical data that more and/or less accurately indicate the medical condition of the patient. Data anomalies present in the medical data are detected and correlated with a design configuration of a wearable article being used by the patient, by retrieving configuration data stored at the wearable article. The evaluation of design configurations may assist in selection of a wearable article and/or adjustment to the wearable article for a particular patient.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 2, 2024Publication date: March 20, 2025Inventor: Mark P. Patent number: 12171434Abstract: In various embodiments, a surgical stapling instrument can include a handle, a shaft extending from the handle, wherein the shaft defines an axis, and a disposable loading unit which is assembled to the shaft in a direction which is transverse to the shaft axis. Such a connection between the disposable loading unit and the shaft can prevent, or at least inhibit, the disposable loading unit from being unintentionally displaced proximally and/or distally relative to the shaft of the surgical instrument. The surgical stapling instrument and/or disposable loading unit can further include a threaded collar and/or detent assembly configured to hold the disposable loading unit in place. In various embodiments, a disposable loading unit can include a lockout feature which can prevent, or at least inhibit, an expended disposable loading unit from being reassembled to the elongated body of the surgical instrument.Type: GrantFiled: October 13, 2020Date of Patent: December 24, 2024Assignee: Cilag GmbH InternationalInventors: William B.
