  • Publication number: 20240130854
Abstract: Implants with fillable reservoirs have been developed that are suitable for rhinoplasty, breast reconstruction, ear reconstruction, and replacement, reconstruction or repair of other soft tissues. The implants can be filled with graft material prior to implantation. The implants are preferably made from resorbable polymers, can be tailored to provide different geometries, mechanical properties and resorption rates in order to provide more consistent surgical outcomes. The implants preferably have an interconnected network of unit cells with microporous outer layers and optionally some or all of the unit cells having at least one macropore in their outer layers. The implants can be loaded by injection with microfat, collagen, DCF, cells, bioactive agents, and other augmentation materials, prior to implantation.

  • Patent number: 11965518
Abstract: A motor assembly for driving a pump (e.g., liquid pump) includes an electric motor with an output shaft. A motor frame houses the electric motor so that the output shaft protrudes from an end of the motor frame. A plate assembly is coupleable about the output shaft to the end of the motor frame. The please assembly has a cavity that houses motor drive electronics. The plate assembly further defines a duct that extends between a central opening and one or more openings on an outer radial wall of the plate assembly. A fan is coupled to the output shaft so that the plate assembly is disposed between the fan and the motor frame. Rotation of the output shaft by the electric motor rotates the fan, causing air to flow through the duct. Air flow through the duct inhibits heat transfer between the electric motor and the motor drive electronics.

  • Publication number: 20240108099
Abstract: A footwear article includes a heel structure that returns an ankle collar from a second state that is conducive to donning up to a first state that secures the wearer's foot during wear. The footwear article includes an upper having a foot insertion opening. The foot-insertion opening defines a first circumference when the heel structure is in the first state, and wherein the heel structure expands the foot-insertion opening to a second circumference when the heel structure is in the second state, such that the second circumference is larger than the first circumference.

  • Patent number: 11948542
Abstract: Computer-based systems, devices, and methods for generating musical note sequences are described. One or more musical composition(s) stored in digital media include one or more data object(s) that encode notes and/or note sequences. At least one note sequence is processed to form a time-ordered sequence of parallel notes, which is analyzed to determine a k-back probability transition matrix for the at least one note sequence. An attribute, such as a style, of the at least one note sequence is thus encoded and used to generate new note sequences that embody a similar attribute or style. In some implementations, the at least one note sequence may include a concatenated set of note sequences representative of a particular library of musical compositions.

  • Publication number: 20240106700
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to methods for sending event notifications. In some examples, a controller periodically sends messages concerning a status of an event corresponding to the controller. In some examples, at a first time while periodically sending the messages and in accordance with a determination that the status of the event has changed, the controller sends a message concerning data other than the status of the event. In some examples, at the first time while periodically sending the messages and in accordance with a determination that the status of the event has not changed, the controller continues to periodically send the messages without sending the message concerning data other than the status of the event.
