  • Patent number: 11857506
Abstract: A system for adaptably collecting pharmaceuticals into various containers is provided. The system includes an automated pharmaceutical counting device with a loading portion for accepting the pharmaceuticals for counting, an exit portion for dispensing the pharmaceuticals, and a receiving area configured to interchangeably accommodate a bulk collection vessel and an adapter for an individual container for an individual prescription. The automated pharmaceutical counting device dispenses the pharmaceuticals through the exit portion and into an inserted one of the bulk collection vessel and the adapter.

  • Publication number: 20220405945
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for processing a sequence of top view image frames ({ItLR}t=0T) of low resolution of a same terrestrial location, each top view image frame ({ItLR}t=0T) having pixels and pixel values, comprising the following steps: choosing (S0) one top view image frame (I0LR), called reference frame (I0LR), among the top view image frames ({ItLR}t=0T), estimating (S1) motion fields (Ft?0, ME) between each top view image frame ({ItLR}t=1T) and the reference frame (I0LR) by using a first neural network (NN1), encoding (S1?) the top view image frames ({ItLR}t=1T) to produce convolutional features ({JtLR}t=1T) extracted respectively from the top view image frames ({ItLR}t=1T) by using a second neural network (NN2), aggregating (S2, S3, Shift-and-add, SPMC) pixels of the convolutional features ({JtLR}t=1T) to positions ({JtHR}t=1T) in a high resolution grid (HRG) using the motion fields (Ft?0, ME) to obtain aggregated features (JHR), decoding (S4) by a decoder network (DN) the aggregated fea

  • Patent number: 10672139
Abstract: A method for measuring a liquid volume and/or corresponding fill rate of floating roof tanks includes selecting an Area Of Interest (AOI) to be monitored at the earth's surface, gathering geographical coordinates of tanks in the AOI, and downloading and pre-processing a time series of SAR reference images covering the AOI. The method includes projecting geographical coordinates of the tanks on the time series of the images to determine pixel coordinates of the tanks, and determining tank dimensions through processing of the images at the pixel coordinates. The method includes downloading and pre-processing at least one new SAR image over the AOI and registering it on top of the reference images, and, for each tank of the AOI, detecting in the new SAR image a bright spot corresponding to the roof of the tank and converting its pixel coordinates into liquid volume and/or fill rate information.

  • Publication number: 20190378532
Abstract: A method for modifying a sound signal, the method comprising: a step of obtaining time frames of the sound signal, in the frequency domain; for at least one time frame, applying a first transformation of the sound signal in the frequency domain, comprising: a step of extracting a spectral envelope of the sound signal for the at least one time frame; a step of calculating frequencies of formants of the spectral envelope; a step of modifying the spectral envelope of the sound signal, the modification comprising application of an increasing continuous transformation function of frequencies of the spectral envelope, parameterized by at least two frequencies of formants of the spectral envelope.

  • Patent number: 10121257
Abstract: System and computer-implemented method for editing a video sequence with temporal consistency. The method includes the steps of: computing a motion field modeling temporal consistency between successive frames; defining an energy functional modeling the desired properties to be enforced on the video sequence; splitting the video sequence into two sets with even frames and odd frames; computing the motion field between consecutive frames on the splitted sequences; recursively performing steps until the sets to be split contain one frame to edit; minimizing the energy functional for each set containing one frame to edit; merging the edited frames and outputting the edited video sequence.
