  • Publication number: 20230144838
Abstract: The invention relates to a multifunctional system stable in a physiological medium, which includes in the same platform an anti-carcinogenic molecule, an imaging agent and a directing molecule that interacts specifically with cancer-cell membrane receptors, the system allowing pathological tissue imaging and pharmacological action to be carried out jointly with high specificity. The intratumoral administration of the system facilitates selective diffusion to cancer cells and minimises the disadvantages of chemotherapy.

  • Patent number: 8871979
Abstract: A process for providing methylene-bridged polyphenyl polyamines from aniline and formaldehyde according to the invention comprises the subsequent steps of a) condensing aniline and formaldehyde; b) reacting, in a first catalytic reaction step, said condensate over a solid catalyst, whereby an intermediate mixture is provided; c) converting, in a subsequent catalytic reaction step, said intermediate mixture into methylene-bridged polyphenyl polyamines in presence of a subsequent solid catalyst, thereby providing said methylene-bridged polyphenyl polyamines.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 26, 2009
Date of Patent: October 28, 2014

  • Publication number: 20110282099
Abstract: A process for providing methylene-bridged polyphenyl polyamines from aniline and formaldehyde according to the invention comprises the subsequent steps of a) condensing aniline and formaldehyde, providing a condensate, the molar ratio of aniline to formaldehyde being chosen in the range of 2 to 3.5; b) reacting, in a first catalytic reaction step, at a reaction temperature within the range of about 30° C. to about 100° C., said condensate over a solid catalyst being chosen from the group consisting of clays, silicates, silica-aluminas and ion exchange resins, whereby an intermediate mixture is provided, the intermediate mixture comprising amino benzyl amines; c) converting, in a subsequent catalytic reaction step, at a temperature within the range of about 70° C. to about 250° C.

  • Patent number: 7355062
Abstract: A catalyst for the selective oxidation and amoxidation of alkanes and/or alkenes, particularly in processes for obtaining acrylic acid, acrylonitrile and derivatives of these, including a least one oxide of Mo, Te, V, Cu and at least another A component selected from among Nb, Ta, Sn, Se, W, Ti, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Ga, Sb, Bi, a rare, alkaline or alkali-earth earth, in such a way that the catalyst presents, in a calcined form, an X-ray diffractogram with five intensive diffraction lines, typically the most intense corresponding to diffraction angles of 2? at 22.1±0.4, 27.1±0.4; 28.1±0.4, 36.0±0.4 and 45.1±0.4. In the preferred embodiment, the catalyst has the following empiric formula: MoTehViCujAkOx in which h, i, j, k are values comprised between 0.001 and 4.0 and x depends on the oxidation status or valency of the Mo, Te, V, Cu and A elements.
