  • Publication number: 20240113956
Abstract: This disclosure relates to method and system for selecting data centers based on network metering. The method includes rendering a user interface to enable a user to select test plan from a plurality of test plans. The method further includes iteratively executing the test plan selected by the user. The iterative execution of each of the at least one test plan includes, for each of the one or more type of data packets, transmitting a plurality of data packets between each of the customer locations and each of the target data centers, and metering a plurality of network parameters corresponding to each of the target data centers. The method further includes generating a test report in response to iterative execution of the test plan, and providing a recommendation of the one or more data centers from the list of target data centers to the user based on the test report.

  • Publication number: 20230289641
Abstract: There is presented a method of driving a quantum computer to find one or more states of interest of a network. In one example, the network comprising a plurality of players. The method determines a set of adjacent graphs by determining, for each graph, whether each of the other graphs are adjacent. The method defines a cost function associated with a Hamiltonian operator of the quantum computer; the cost function comprising a set of parameters determined by analysing the utilities of vertices in the set of adjacent graphs. The method further comprises outputting a plurality of control signals for driving the quantum computer wherein the control signals are associated with the set of parameters and comprise: one or more control signals for controlling the states of qubits in the quantum computer; and, one or more control signals for controlling the entanglement of qubits in the quantum computer.

  • Publication number: 20230071307
Abstract: A method and system for providing a scaling quota for a database system have been developed. The method defines a product that is defined by a client using a quota application programming interface (API). A report is created for the defined product with the quota API that is unique to the defined product and specifies a product quota and a limit endpoint for the report. The product quota is managed with a message broker by keeping an updated quota count for each report and product quota. An approval or rejection message is generated by the message broker for the client once the updated quota count reaches the limit endpoint. Finally, a response to the approval or rejection message from the client is generated for the database client by a limit provider application programming interface (API).
