Abstract: A bridge button, for ligament reconstruction, said button being formed by an arcuate body of pre-defined dimensions such that said button being adapted to sit across a cavity in a bone and further adapted to operate between an operative open position and an operative closed position, said button comprises: a first shaft, and a co-axial second shaft co-operating with said first shaft in a manner such that said second shaft is adapted to be angularly displaced about said first shaft at their substantially co-axially located pivoting point, said second shaft being located operatively atop said first shaft.
