  • Patent number: 10596963
Abstract: A fatigue alarm apparatus having a fatigue detector, a control unit and a stimulus alarm generator is illustrated. The fatigue detector detects whether a driver is drowsy. The control unit is electrically connected to the fatigue detector and the stimulus alarm generator. When the fatigue detector detects that the driver is drowsy, the stimulus alarm generator controlled by the control unit to generate two stimulus alarms having a rest time period therebetween, and then, after an interval period elapses, the control unit determines whether an alarming procedure of generating the two stimulus alarms is to be interrupted or repeated, wherein the rest time period is less than the interval period.

  • Publication number: 20080288214
Abstract: A system for testing a camera module is provided. The system includes a computer and a testing fixture. The testing fixture is connected with the computer. The testing fixture is configured for holding the camera module, converting an image of an image testing chart obtained by the camera module into a computer-recognizable format, and transmitting the converted image to the computer. The computer includes: an area dividing module, an image testing module, and a judging module. The area dividing module is configured for dividing the image into several testing areas. The image testing module is configured for computing values of test factors of the testing areas. The comparison module is configured for determining whether the test factors are satisfactory through comparing the values of the test factors with respective predetermined values. A related method for testing a camera module is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20080252776
Abstract: A camera module (100) configured to connect to an outer circuit board includes a lens barrel (12), a holder (14) and a sensing chip (20). The holder has a first end (141), an opposite second end (142). The first end defines a cavity (143) therethrough, and the lens barrel is engaged in the cavity of the first end. The second end defines an opening (144) communicating with the cavity. The sensing chip is attached to the second end thereby sealing the opening defined by the second end. The sensing chip has a back surface (21) away from the first end of the holder, and the back surface is provided with a plurality of welding spots (201) configured for connecting the sensing chip to the outer circuit board electrically and structurally.
