  • Patent number: 8212447
Abstract: A magnet embedded rotor is provided in which permanent magnets are embedded in the iron core of the rotor at a fixed interval. Notch parts are formed at the first protruding part and both the sides of the first protruding parts on the outer face between salient poles in the iron core of the rotor correspond to the multiple permanent magnets. Non-magnetic parts for preventing the short circuit of magnetic flux are formed at both the edges of the permanent magnets. A bridge part between the non-magnetic parts and the notch parts are narrowed as much as possible to an extent to cause a magnetic saturation, and one or multiple of the second protruding part extending to the direction of the outer face are formed at the notch parts.

  • Patent number: 8110957
Abstract: There is provided a permanent magnet motor capable of reducing cogging torque and torque ripple while suppressing a decrease in motor output. In a permanent magnet motor 1 including a rotor 3 in which a plurality of permanent magnets 5 are arranged in a ring shape as a magnetic field unit, the transverse cross section of the permanent magnet 5 has an inside periphery 51 formed by a first arc 511 having the center of curvature O1 and the radius of curvature R1, and an outside periphery 52 formed by a second arc 521 having the center of curvature O2 and the radius of curvature R2, a third arc 522 having the center of curvature O3 and the radius of curvature R3 and joined to one end of the second arc 521, and a fourth arc 523 having the center of curvature O4 and the radius of curvature R4 and joined to the other end of the second arc 521. The above-described centers of curvature are disposed at different positions.

  • Patent number: 7965012
Abstract: There is provided an electronic motor in which a stator core is thinned to obtain an increased diameter of a rotor is to produce a high power output, and a stator can be positioned with high accuracy at the time when a coil is wound on the stator. The outside peripheral surface of a yoke part 31 is substantially the same as the outside peripheral surface of a flange 42 of an insulator 4, and in a part of the flange 42, a cut-away part 43 is provided to expose a part of the end face of a stator core 30.
